The Grip 2 let's you engrave anything from pens to wide-diameter dog bowls (with the addition of dog bowl jaw extenders) with ease and precision. The rotary also allows you to engrave full wraps on tapered tumblers like Stanley 40oz and Yeti tumblers.

The new PiBurn Grip 2 comes packed with exciting features that redefine what a gripping mechanism can do! With a completely redesigned support mechanism that increases engraving resolution and torque, it can handle larger and heavier items effortlessly. The self-locking telescoping lift and ergonomic controls make adjustments a breeze, while our patent-pending Hexa-Jaw system delivers unmatched clamping power even without back support wheels. We are also very excited to announce that the previously optional magnetic feet now come standard with PiBurn Grip 2.

PiBurn Grip 2 will work with most, if not all, Ruida controller-based laser machines. It’s configured out of the box to work with Boss Lasers, Aeon, Thunder Laser (+$50 extra), Koenig Lasers, OM Tech, TTP Sunray 35, Rabbit Laser, and Laguna as well as many 50W eBay laser machines. Other lasers that our customers use it with are Stealth Laser, E-Bay lasers, and most Chinese-made lasers. For these lasers and some others, The PiBurn works Plug and Play out of the box, no modification required.

• Redesigned grip support mechanism with a new belt gear reduction of up to 3.75x, enhancing engraving resolution and rotational torque.
• Self-locking telescoping lift for smooth height adjustments with just a turn of a knob — no more fiddling with thumb screws!
• Low profile design that accommodates larger items up to 11.5” in diameter, making it perfect for objects like a Yeti Bucket. (With the addition of dog bowl jaw extenders)
• Up to 15-degree swivel control with an easy-to-use ergonomic knob that locks securely in place.
• Built-in level and center line indicator to ensure perfect alignment every time.
• Patent-pending Hexa-Jaw system with 6 jaws. The system grips heavier objects securely, enabling better clamping from inside or outside and reducing load on each jaw.
• Improved precision and reduction in wobble during rotation for more accurate engravings.
• Quick-swap shaft coupling mechanism using a single screw, allowing fast changes to pre-installed jaw configurations — ideal for dog bowls or tumblers!
• Enhanced back support wheel system featuring a low-profile self-locking mechanism and a wider range of motion.
• Linear guide system ensuring no need for alignment adjustments with back wheels.
• Versatile installation options, including removal from the lift mechanism for use on Galvo brackets (sold separately) or in a turret configuration for multi-object engraving.
